Paper Application for Bar Exam

If you wish to submit a paper application, you may:

• Print the application forms and type your responses on the forms or
• Enter your responses in the web page PDF forms

•  Print the completed application, forms
• Assemble 3 sets of the completed application, forms, and attachments
• Submit 2 copies of the completed paper application, forms, and attachments
• Obtain

(1) a certified or cashier’s check or money order in the amount of $300 for the Hawaii filing fee made payable to the Board of Examiners

and

(2) a certified or cashier’s check or money order in the amount of the--fee for the character check report-- made payable to the National Conference of Bar Examiners.

• Mail or hand deliver the completed sets of application, forms, attachments, with the payments to the:

Please note: If you elect to enter your responses in the PDF form for paper applications, you must complete the application and forms in one sitting as the on line PDF form cannot be saved and returned to on the website.
