Paper Application for Bar Exam

If you wish to submit a paper application, you may:

• Print the paper application and type your responses
• Enter your responses in the web page PDF forms

• Print the completed forms
• Assemble a set of the completed application, forms, and attachments
• Submit the completed paper application, forms and attachments
• Obtain a certified cashier's check or money order for the Hawaii filing fee made payable to the Board of Examiners (see fees on the Main Bar Application page).

• Mail or hand deliver the completed sets of application, forms, attachments, with the payments to the:

Please note: Please check back for a fillable PDF form for paper applications which is currently under construction. Once available, if you elect to enter your responses in the PDF form for paper applications, you must complete the application and forms in one sitting as the on-line PDF form cannot be saved and returned to on the website. You may be able to copy, save, and return to the PDF on your computer if you have third-party software allowing you to do so.
