Please check back for final instructions and any updated information after 5:00 pm on the business day before your scheduled date.

If your trial is rescheduled (date, time or location may change from your original summons), you will be given new instructions for when you must show up at court by selecting "Proceed to Login", and clicking on "Current Status".  Check back for final instructions after 5:00 pm on the business day before the NEW date provided on the website.

• If you are now checking after 5:00 pm on the business day before  your scheduled date and a trial time is not provided when you "Proceed to Login" and click on "Current Status"...
  • First (Oahu) Circuit jurors only:  You are tentatively scheduled for an afternoon trial.  Check back at 10:30 am on the morning of your scheduled date for final instructions.
  • Second (Maui, Moloka'i, Lana'i), Third (Island of Hawai'i), Fifth (Kaua'i) Circuit jurors:  You are tentatively rescheduled.  Please contact the jury clerk.
• When reporting for jury duty, please bring your summons with you.
• If you have been deferred, a new summons will be mailed to you.
• If your trial is settled, you will be notified by mail if you are needed again for jury service.

If you appear on the wrong date or at the wrong time, you will not be reimbursed for any travel or other expenses.

Grand jury information is not available from this website. Please refer to your summons for Grand Jury information.

Please advise the clerk at the time you report for jury duty if you need to correct any information displayed on the Personal Information screen.
