Solicitations

There are four kinds of solicitations:

• HIePRO online request for price quotations
• Invitation to submit formal bids (IFB)
• Request for proposals (RFP)
• Request for Qualifications for Professional Services (RFQ)
• Request for information (RFI)

To view and/or print a document, you need to first download (if you do not already have the software loaded on your computer) the Adobe Acrobat Reader software.

For the jobs you are interested in, review the solicitation notice, print all the documents related to the job, contact the persons listed if you have any questions, and submit your price quotation, formal bid, or proposal in accordance with the instructions in the solicitation document.
