Brief description(s):

No. 27851
Defendant-Appellant Aldo Macapal Jaylo (Husband) appeals from the March 6, 2006 post-divorce decree order of the Family Court of the First Circuit (family court) in favor of Plaintiff-Appellee Rosemarie Aguirre Jaylo (Wife).  On appeal, Husband argues that the family court erred in ordering child support payments to Wife for the parties' blind daughter who was over the age of 23 years.

No. 28049

Plaintiff-Appellant Rosemarie Aguirre Jaylo (Wife) appeals from the July 19, 2006 post-divorce decree order of the Family Court of the First Circuit (family court) in favor of Defendant-Appellee Aldo Macapal Jaylo (Husband).  On appeal, Wife argues that the family court erred by refusing to enforce the retirement division provisions in the parties' divorce decree, notwithstanding that Wife failed to appeal from prior decisions of the family court pertaining to retirement payments.
