Ms. Morikami served for two terms on a Honolulu City Neighborhood Board, during which time she worked at Hawaiian Electric Company for 22 years as Director of various office support functions and as Telecommunications Business Manager. Thereafter, she worked at Punahou School for 10 years where she managed the Visual Production Department, and now volunteers as Financial Manager for a charitable organization at Punahou School PUEO (Partnerships in Unlimited Educational Opportunities) which provides scholarships for public school students who seek college education.
